They are kind, genuine and have the best connections, as Hugh’s family has been in the business for 80+ years!! Hugh was able to turn an unused ring that I had for 20 years into an absolutely gorgeous necklace that I will wear and cherish for years. The turnaround time from when I dropped the ring off to when I picked up the necklace was under 24 hours. He was so thoughtful with every detail and spent so much time with me.
